that stays on your eyes without smudging through sweat or sebum.This eyeliner contains shimmer and glitter to really highlight and define your eyes.Use this eyeliner for a bold eye popping look our to accentuate certain areas of the eye.
How to use
1.Eye lash fringe along the lines you draw from the tail seemed to do very tightly. Draw the taft gently tapping acording to your taste right.
2.If you want to shadow completely dry before gently with your fingertips makes the gradient. If you want to write eyelinger to please wait 15 seconds until completely dry.
3.Moisture content in order to keep lid tightly closed please.
