How to use

1. Take the foot sheet out of the pouch, cut along the dotted line, and wear it on both feet with no moisture. 

2. Use the enclosed sticker to firmly secure the ankle part of the sheet. 

3. After wearing for 50 minutes to 1 hour, remove the sheet and wash your feet thoroughly in lukewarm water.
