1.    All orders on Tester Korea are shipped from Korea.

2.    Shipping cost depends on the region, order weight, and shipping courier.

3.    Every order usually shipped out within 4~7 working days after we confirm the order. We will inform customer if there’s any delay occurs.

4.    P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO Address might be not available for delivery.

5.    We declare the value of parcel lower than original value. If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control.

General Payment Policy

1.    We support Paypal, Eximbay, and other payment system. Credit card information will be processed via payment company, not Tester Korea.

2.    For cancellation of order, please contact us before we confirm the order.

3.    Partial refunds may occur due to out of stock or discontinuation of products. If the partial refund amount is less than 30% of the total payment amount, it will be refunded as Mileage.
