If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us through our email (help@testerkorea.com).
Canceled orders will be displayed as the following image:



We may issue you a refund due to a variety of factors
(customer’s items being sold out, customers not wanting their order, customers not receiving their order, etc)
Refunds can be done via My Money on your TesterKorea website account, or via PayPal.

If you wish to exchange some of the items in your order with other products when the status of your
order is still “standby” on your My Page, please notify us through our email (help@testerkorea.com).
Original products that are exchanged and new products that are added will have to have the same
price for the exchange to be done.
