We may issue you a refund for various factors. (items has been sold out or discontinued, removed items as customer's request, cancelled order by customer, wrong delivered items, missing items, etc) Refunds can be done via My Money on your TesterKorea website account or via PayPal, Eximbay & Adyen.
If you want to exchange some of your item in your order with other product, it is only possible when the status of your order is still 'stand by' on your My Page. Please notify us of any change through our email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Original products that are exchanged and new products that are added will have to have the same price for the exchange to be done.
